Our Story

As one might suspect, the idea for Simply Borrowed was developed from being involved in the planning process of weddings where the decorating was all DIY. Many days were spent at antique malls and thrift stores, on Facebook Marketplace and Craig's List, and on many online stores to find decor that didn't look like what you could find at commercial vendors or what came stock at wedding venues. While we were always able to find that vintage, unique, and specialty decor to make for a unique and stunning wedding, purchasing and finding all the decorations took a lot of time, money, and effort to find storage. That's where Simply Borrowed comes in!

Our idea was to provide a cost-effective, environmentally friendly, time-saving alternative to achieve the design and style worthy of your unique event. Simply Borrowed's motto is "vintage, unique, specialty," and we truly live up to it, having items that you can't find at any other rental business in our area.
